The Breakfast Club
I made this Burrowing Owl family portrait in the spring of 1980 on Kodachrome 64 film. It’s hard to believe that was 45 years ago! The youngsters [6, portrayed at the right] came out of their burrow one at a time until all were aptly assembled topside while one of their parents [left] took a brief, if not needed, snooze.
“Get to work, Mom! The breakfast club has arrived!”
