Lightning Fast
We caught this Chestnut-headed Bee Eater in Wilpattu National Park, Sri Lanka, making multiple trips to its subterranean nest site to deliver meals to its hidden progeny. After delivering the nosh, the adult would wait momentarily at the burrow entrance and then explode away. The challenge was to record the lightning fast action.
